2. Product Specifications

Water Quality: Our systems are designed to improve water quality according to industry standards. However, final results depend on the quality of the input water provided by the local network or customer well.

Intended Use: Equipment must be used strictly following user manuals. Aquakleen is not responsible for damages resulting from negligent use or manipulation by unauthorized personnel.

3. Installation and Maintenance Conditions

Property Access: The customer must guarantee safe access for Aquakleen technicians on the agreed date and time.

Technical Requirements: It is the customer's responsibility to have the necessary water and electricity connections according to the specifications of the purchased equipment.

Maintenance: To preserve the validity of the warranty, the customer must comply with the filter change and maintenance schedule recommended by Aquakleen.

4. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Limited Warranty: Aquakleen guarantees that its products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from installation.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages from natural disasters, voltage variations, freezing pipes, or interventions by third parties outside the company.

Health Liability: Although our equipment removes a wide range of contaminants, we do not guarantee the cure or prevention of specific diseases. The use of purified water is the user's responsibility.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

For installation services, an advance payment is required before scheduling the technical visit.

We accept payments via Credit Cards, transfers, and checks.

6. Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before shipping or installation with a penalty for administrative expenses.

Returns: Due to the sanitary nature of water equipment, returns of filters or systems are not accepted once they have been in contact with water, unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, texts, images of filtration systems, technical diagrams) is property of Aquakleen Products Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the state of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
